Items should be returned new, unused. We only accept returns for products purchased at DexterDogUSA.com. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly. All clearance items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or credits.
Exchange Policy
Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund or merchandise credit will be applied.
Faulty Items
Items are classified as faulty if they are not of standard quality or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty or accepted for return.
